I had an issue with the back hatch not working, there were a couple of parts that had to be ordered, due to the parts being on backorder the process took a little longer get the vehicle repaired, but once the parts arrived everything went well, a job well done.

Well I went for a check engine light issue . The part was gonna take about 2 weeks to come in. As I was waiting g for.my car to be brought around, my eyes laid upon a vehicle that still had plastic and pre wrap up inside. I said Honey I wanna trade for that and my sales man AJ said.... come on lets do this. Low and behold.i drove that baby home the very next day. ❤️ 2026 chevrolet equinox Lt. And I didn't look back. Don't get me wrong my 2021 Buick avenir is the bomb and is loaded with stuff ya never dream to use. Ut I fell in live with the Chevy.

Terrible. Dealer reached out to me to schedule a recall appointment for air bag, scheduled appointment showed on time, they took my vehicle back only to come out 5 minutes later saying they need to order the part. What a waste of time why invite someone to schedule an appointment on a recall and you don’t have the part. Not good business.

The repair as far as I know right now is fixed the only thing was how long it took it suppose to be 2-3 days three weeks later I get my truck back… I’m not for sure if it was warranty parts or what the issue was but being called and told would’ve been nice

Receptionist seemed kind of unknowledgeable about her job. Service manager was loud and rude. Don’t think I will be going back to your establishment for anymore work on my vehicle.

The car i was looking for was available. The salesman Rico Acosta was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient and answered all our questions. He handled all the paperwork and saw that the car was in perfect condition and ready for pickup when promised.

Very helpful in a difficult situation. The Dealership and its Service Department were incredible. My issue is with Chevrolet. We have a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 with less than 36,000 miles on it. February of 2023 while driving 60 mph on a busy 2 lane highway the engine shut off and it was difficult to get the vehicle off the road without an accident. It was the Fuel Pump Control Module. It was replaced by New Bern Chevrolet and all was fine. Yet this Wednesday morning, 8 October, 2025 while driving 75 mph on the 4 lane US-95 S the engine died again. Being in the far left lane passing a truck towing a trailer the engine died again. It is a miracle I was able to float it across 4 lanes to the shoulder with many other vehicles and tractor-trailers around me also doing 70 mph. A wonder there wasn't an accident and we were seriously injured. The cause, yup, another Fuel Pump Control Module. And then I had to pay for the repair. But the Bleecker Chevrolet and its Service Department were great, squeezed us in and repaired it under 2 hours allowing us to continue to Florida to visit with our grandchildren. Chevrolet although owes me reimbursement for this failure and repair.

I really was hoping to get my car in before the date and time I was given. Seems your too busy and I didn't realize I need to make my oil change appointment for a month to 2 weeks ahead of time. Almost went to Jiffylube just for the convenience.
